We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineering Lead to lead a team of engineers focused on new product introduction (NPI) and valve assembly/test production efforts. This is a hands-on leadership role, blending management with high-level engineering contributions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of 5 engineers, mentoring and managing performance.
Drive fixture design, process improvements, and ECO updates for NPI programs.
Oversee assembly/test fixture development and validate manufacturing processes.
Collaborate cross-functionally on product drawings, manufacturability, and root-cause corrective actions.
Utilize Lean/Six Sigma tools to identify and eliminate waste in processes.
Manage capital expense projects and lead structured problem-solving efforts.

Qualifications:

BS in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or equivalent technical background.
5+ years of manufacturing engineering experience, with leadership preferred.
Proficiency in SolidWorks and Six Sigma/Lean methodologies.
Strong project management and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
