Position Overview
We are currently seeking a Scheduler with approximately 5+ years of hands-on scheduling experience to support a large, complex Aerospace & Defense program in Crystal City, VA.
This role will support the development, maintenance, and analysis of integrated program schedules and will work closely with program managers, technical teams, and other stakeholders to ensure schedule accuracy, identify potential risks, and support successful program execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and manage integrated program schedules using Microsoft Project.
- Build schedules from the ground up in support of complex program requirements.
- Perform schedule analysis, including critical path and schedule health reviews.
- Track key milestones, dependencies, and program deliverables.
- Identify schedule risks and support Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) activities.
- Coordinate with program managers and cross-functional teams to ensure schedule alignment.
- Support Earned Value Management (EVM) and program reporting activities as needed.
- Prepare schedule-related reports and provide clear updates to program stakeholders.
Required Qualifications:
- Approximately 5+ years of hands-on scheduling experience.
- Experience supporting large, complex Aerospace & Defense programs.
- Strong Microsoft Project experience.
- Demonstrated experience developing integrated schedules from the ground up.
- Experience performing schedule analysis.
- Familiarity with Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA).
- Familiarity with Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary program teams.
- F-35 program experience is highly relevant.
- NAVAIR program experience is a plus.
