Sales Manager - Aerospace & Industrial Business Development

The Sales Manager will play a critical role in advancing the company's growth objectives by driving long-term business planning, expanding the sales funnel, securing new aerospace and industrial accounts, and fostering strategic partnerships. This position involves collaborating closely with the leadership team to shape and implement corporate strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead new business development initiatives across diverse projects and clients.
  • Cultivate and maintain customer relationships in aerospace and industrial segments, identifying and closing new business opportunities to drive significant growth.
  • Partner with executive stakeholders to define global business, product, technology, and growth strategies.
  • Develop strategies for private labeling, strategic partnerships, vertical integration, and adjacent product lines.
  • Contribute to overall revenue generation and growth efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering (preferably Mechanical Engineering) or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Program/Project Management, with direct sales expertise.
  • Strong technical knowledge of fluid control products, material science, and other relevant aerospace technologies.
  • Proven ability to identify business opportunities, build networks, and close deals in technical sales environments.
  • Extensive experience and connections within the aerospace industry.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to organize, prioritize, and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Willingness to travel 50% or more.
