Project Manager – High-Impact Programs
Are you a structured thinker who thrives on managing complex projects from concept to completion? We’re supporting a leading organization in a highly regulated industry that is seeking a Project Manager to own the end-to-end planning, execution, and evaluation of key initiatives.
This role will work cross-functionally with senior leadership, operations, and finance teams to ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget, while meeting the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Plan the Project
Define project scope in collaboration with senior stakeholders.
Develop detailed work plans, timelines, and resource plans.
Identify project deliverables and performance measures.
Allocate resources effectively and adjust plans as needed.
Review schedules and timelines with all impacted stakeholders
Implement the Project
Execute the project according to the established plan.
Create documentation and track project milestones.
Monitor progress, identify blockers, and implement adjustments.
Facilitate regular communication updates for stakeholders.
Ensure quality standards are met throughout the lifecycle
Control the Project
Report project status and financials to management and funders
Manage budget, track expenses, and monitor cash flow.
Maintain accurate project records, reports, and documentation.
Ensure compliance with internal accounting procedures.
Evaluate the Project
Validate that deliverables are met on time and on budget.
Evaluate project outcomes based on initial objectives.
Identify areas for process improvement and future planning
Qualifications
Proven experience in Project Management, preferably in operations, engineering, or a technical environment
Working knowledge of project planning tools, scheduling, budgeting, and documentation
Familiarity with funding requirements and financial reporting
Experience with basic accounting and data tracking systems
Technical Proficiency
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
Experience with simple accounting systems
Proficiency in spreadsheet management, databases, and document tracking
Email and Internet research/communication tools
