Senior Program Master Scheduler

We’re looking for a Scheduler to manage and maintain a resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedule (IMS), ensuring seamless execution of project timelines and Earned Value Management System (EVMS) compliance. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel in scheduling, forecasting, and risk mitigation, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

✅ Develop and maintain a detailed IMS to support project planning and execution
✅ Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate schedules and dependencies
✅ Implement baseline schedules, track changes, and analyze performance
✅ Identify critical paths, dependencies, and risk factors
✅ Generate reports comparing planned vs. actual progress
✅ Utilize MS Project and IMS best practices to drive project success

What You Bring:

🔹 7+ years of project/program scheduling experience
🔹 Expertise in MS Project / MS Project Server and scheduling theory (PASEG, Critical Path)
🔹 Hands-on experience with IMS, WBS, and EVMS
🔹 Strong ability to collaborate with teams and manage dependencies
🔹 U.S. Citizenship required

🔹 Bonus Skills: Experience with forProject, shipbuilding, or construction industries
