We are seeking a Business Development Manager to support our domestic and international sales team across multiple market segments, with a primary focus on new business development in the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) sector. This role is responsible for driving strategic growth, developing strong customer relationships, and identifying new opportunities to expand market share.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute new business strategies with existing and prospective customers.
  • Act as the primary customer interface, building relationships and influencing purchasing decisions.
  • Identify and vet new business opportunities, driving them through the sales funnel.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, customer events, and industry conferences to enhance brand exposure.
  • Work closely with leadership to contribute to sales forecasting, business planning, and product strategy development.
  • Travel up to 50% for customer site visits, meetings, and industry events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree (Business or Engineering preferred); MBA a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field. Experience in military/commercial aerospace sales is a plus.
  • Established customer relationships at key accounts is a strong advantage.
  • Proven self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S.
