Program Scheduler
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Program Scheduler to support a Space Systems program in Colorado. This role will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining integrated project schedules for a highly technical and mission-critical program. The ideal candidate must have expertise in Earned Value Management (EVM), Critical Path Methodology (CPM), and scheduling best practices using Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or similar tools.
This position requires an active TS/SCI clearance and experience working in classified environments supporting aerospace, defense, or space programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, manage, and maintain integrated master schedules (IMS) and project timelines for a complex space program.
- Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) principles to track project performance and schedule adherence.
- Identify critical path activities, schedule risks, and potential delays, providing actionable mitigation strategies.
- Work closely with Program Managers, Engineers, Finance, and other cross-functional teams to align schedules with program milestones.
- Support Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), schedule risk assessments, and Joint Surveillance Reviews (JSRs).
- Ensure compliance with government regulations, contractual requirements, and scheduling best practices.
- Utilize Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, and other scheduling tools to generate reports and maintain schedule visibility.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Active TS/SCI clearance required.
- 5+ years of experience in project scheduling, preferably within aerospace, defense, or space programs.
- Proficiency in Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or equivalent scheduling software.
- Strong understanding of Critical Path Methodology (CPM) and Earned Value Management (EVM).
- Experience supporting classified programs and familiarity with government contracting requirements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills to interface with multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience supporting DoD, Intelligence, or Space programs.
- Knowledge of Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA), Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), and program control methodologies.
- Ability to develop automated scheduling reports using Excel, Power BI, or SQL-based tools.
