Program Scheduler / Project Controls – TS/SCI
Albuquerque, New Mexico | On-Site

Intra Management Solutions (IMS) is seeking an experienced Program Scheduler / Project Controls professional to support a leading Aerospace & Defense contractor in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

This is an on-site position supporting a complex, mission-critical program. Candidates must hold an active TS/SCI security clearance and be able to work on-site in Albuquerque.

Experience We're Looking For

Minimum of 5 years experience developing and maintaining Integrated Master Schedules (IMS)
Proficiency with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Open Plan, or similar scheduling tools
Strong understanding of Critical Path Methodology (CPM)
Experience performing schedule analysis and schedule health assessments
Experience with project controls, program controls, or planning functions
Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM/EVMS) principles
Experience supporting engineering, technical, government, defense, aerospace, or other complex programs
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating across multidisciplinary program teams

ANSI/EIA-748 EVMS environments

Open Plan Professional
Acumen Fuse
Deltek Cobra
DoD, Federal, or other highly regulated program environments
Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA)
Aerospace & Defense program experience

Required

Active TS/SCI security clearance
Ability to work on-site in Albuquerque, New Mexico
