We are supporting a confidential client in the aerospace and satellite systems sector seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead and execute cutting-edge R&D and customer programs. This individual will drive cross-functional technical execution, manage resources and schedules, and serve as the primary liaison between engineering teams, stakeholders, and customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead day-to-day execution of complex aerospace development programs.
  • Coordinate resources, schedules, and technical milestones across cross-functional engineering teams.
  • Establish and manage tools, practices, and processes for program synchronization.
  • Participate in technical discussions and provide solutions to scope, schedule, and performance issues.
  • Track and report on program metrics, including schedule, resources, cost, risk, and technical performance.
  • Act as the main point of contact for customers, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Requirements:

  • B.S. in Engineering (M.S. or Ph.D. preferred).
  • 5+ years of relevant program management experience.
  • Proven success delivering complete systems (hardware, firmware, software, algorithms) to scope, on time, and with quality.
  • Experience with satellite-based systems and integrated master scheduling.
  • Strong skills with modern cloud-based productivity tools.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and vendor management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Systems engineering experience and interdisciplinary technical trade study.
  • Familiarity with scripting languages (Python, Julia) and databases (SQL, BigQuery).
  • Background in fast-paced startup environments.
  • Team management and leadership experience
