Job Summary: Senior Project Controls Specialist - Scheduler

Seeking an experienced Senior Project Controls Specialist to lead project control activities, including scheduling, cost management, and change control, for medium to large projects. This role involves developing and implementing project controls programs, analyzing performance variances, and providing solutions to ensure project success.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and direct project controls programs or specific functions (e.g., cost, scheduling, change management).
Develop work breakdown structures and project coding systems.
Analyze cost and schedule variances, propose mitigation plans, and communicate findings to project management.
Manage critical path activities and review schedule risks and slippages.
Contribute to proposals for cost and scheduling components.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 12+ years of experience (or equivalent).
Proficiency in project management tools such as Primavera P6 and SAP.
Strong technical and communication skills.
US citizenship required.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience as Lead Cost or Planner on large projects or Control Team Lead/Manager on medium projects.
Familiarity with engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning processes.
Availability for occasional international travel.

Salary Range: $118,500 - $213,500 (based on qualifications and experience).
